This warranty covers all parts except the water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.) Should your watch become inoperative due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please return it to our purchasing shop. However, we shall not be responsible for any consequential damages arising by the ownership or inappropriate use of the watch. Besides, please include with your watch, the completed warranty form together with your proof of purchase clearly stating the nature of the fault. This limited warranty is invalid if the defect is found to be caused by abuse or tampering with the watch.
