The company has sinter machines, pellet furnaces, blast furnaces that can make 1500 thousand tons of foundry pig iron and pig iron for steelmaking per year. There are 1set of 160t mixer, 5 sets of 10t induction furnaces, 6 sets centrifugal casting machines, 1 set of annealing furnace, 3 lines of finishing facilities including zinc coating machines, hydrolic testing machines, cement lining machines, inner grinding machines and bitumen spraying machines . The annual capacity of ductile iron pipes is 200 thousand tons of DN801200mm .The pipes have been served in most domestic municipal water supply projects , and they also have been exported to many Asian countries and African countries.¼ Relying on the abundant technology and the advanced production and inspection facilities, the whole process of production from iron making to pipe producing can be controlled accurately and the quality of the products are comprehensively assured.
