Our manufacturing factory is located in Southern China-Dongguan Our 1200 square meter modern factory houses the lastest in mould making machinery, including high speed CNC machines, slow-feeding wire cut machines and high precision mirror EDM machines. We know how important time is when you're waiting on an important mould. therefore, to complete our customers projects in the shortest time possible our machines are operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer: -Technical consultation -Verification of prototypes -Design and production of plastic injection moulds -Produce all size of injected plastic parts from small componenets to very large. -Fire Retardant(FR) and Ultra-Violet resistent(UV) and Glass-Filled (GF) materials are available on request. - UL and RoHS compliant materials are available on request. -Post-production printing and finishing are available.
