Please find our product details below: Regenerative Air Dryer Our fleet of regenerative desiccant dryers are very simple to operate and are designed to operate with a compressor that does or does not have a built in air cooled aftercooler. If the compressor has an aftercooler, you merely turn off the ball valve that allows air flow to the air motor of the dryer’s aftercooler. COOLER SKID Aftercooler, excellent filtration, and condensate containment in one rugged package that is both effective and easy to operate. The package protects the environment from condensate waste and will provide the customer with ISO Class 1 7 1 air cleanliness. That is .01 micron solids, .008 ppm w/w oil content, and a pressure dewpoint (liquid content) of ≤.5 g/m³. Compressed air Dryers. (manufactured in canada) Wet air from the compressors passes through the inlet filters, which remove the oil and particulate then enters the dryer. The three-way valve assembly then directs the air into the "live" tower. The water-adsorbing desiccant contained in tower B removes the water vapor from the air as it passes up the tower. By the time the air leaves the tower, it is dried to a typical pressure dew point of -40°C/-40°F. Over time, the desiccant in the tower will become saturated; if left unchecked this would result in a diminished pressure dew point performance.
